For the opening party of THEN/NOW we have invited Rolando, the man behind one of the most anthemic Detroit Techno tracks ever, Knights Of The Jaguar on Underground Resistance. After his UR debut, the maestro has released Latin flavoured high tech soul on Ostgut Ton, Delsin, Soma and Saved.

Rolando keeps on playing regularly at the most acclaimed clubs such as Berghain, Rex and Fabric. On Friday the 24th of May, he will be joined by THEN/NOW resident Oded Peled, Supersamuli, Kristiina Männikkö and Italo-Sami.

KIKI

*Impressing the legendary Masters At Work at a Marlboro DJ competition led to him securing gigs at Berlin’s three cathedrals of techno -Tresor, Pfefferbank and WMF.

*Released his first record on Ellen Allien’s Bpitch Control label in 2001. Since then Kiki has become an integral part of the Bpitch family.

*Kiki has released a number of genre defining records both as himself and later with partner in crime Silversurfer.

*Kiki was the first artist asked to put together a mix for the now legendary Boogy Bytes series, and has been asked to provide remixes and productions for labels as diverse as Bugged out, Playhouse, Moodmusic and Crosstown Rebels.

*After "Kaiku" and especially the huge success of the album single "Good Voodoo" that also saw the first appearance of Visionquest as a remixer, Kiki has put out "Cinema Obscura" & "Morning Maniacs" (with a ridiculously funny video) on BPitch Control, started a well received radioshow on Proton Radio in 2010 in collaboration with Noice!, is producing singles for Anja Schneider and keeps touring all continents.

   
JACK is here again, with mycket reasons to celebrate!

Reason#1
Jeremy Olander, one of the biggest things to come out of Sweden, since Volvo (or maybe even Ace Of Base!) will be rocking the main floor. Eric Prydz signed him to his Pryda label and takes him touring with him. Pete Tong and many more believe that his latest 'Let Me Feel' track is going to turn him into a true superstar.

Reason#2
The proud daddy of JACK and the undisputed champion of the "blow up the dancefloor" Finnish DJ league will be celebrating his birthday like only he knows how to... It is going to be an extremely happy birthday to one DJ Orkidea.

The Venue party venue will be all open and packed with so much fresh Finnish talent, that would make American Idol look like a Karaoke night in Kallio. The intimate and underground room that is Playground, will be hosted by the Candyland boys Flink and Concha and special guests Axxu and Kari M. The Panorama room will be transformed into a birthday disco, with music by Danceteria daddy Mr.A, Tapio K from Ahjo and the über fresh Digital Love girls, Kid Lo and Hanna.

*In 1986, 'acid house' was not in existence when DJ Pierre picked up a 303 and the infamous "Acid Tracks" label was born.

*Gave birth to a genre and pioneering a sound that had the whole world dancing and imitating for over 20 years.

*AC!D FACE was born in summer 2012 when the need to explore the newer sounds that took on names such as EDM, dubstep, Nu-Disco, arose.

He is following up on DIM MAK with “Selekta” featuring Rory, a legend reggae MC from the Stone Love sound system out of Jamaica.
